
An ice storm the night before, two hour drive in the dark to get first light, 38 degree water, 28 degree air.  We get there and the sun is covered by a gray winter sky and the swell is about half the size as expected.  A little camera magic and Luke came up with an image that makes it look like a glassy summer morning, minus the 6 mil boots, hood, and gloves.  Typical wave hunt story in New England...
